We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing internal governance processes, managing documentation, and leading audit activities.

Job Description

The Risk Management Lead will be responsible for leading risk management activities within the HR function, representing HR in centralized risk management forums, and providing HR risk management insight into central programs.

The role involves designing new risk-related programs of work to address emerging strategic HR risk management issues, leading on resolution, and representing risk management and compliance on internal HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement internal governance processes, including consistent controls and monitoring programs for India HR
  • Manage documentation and execution of local HR controls to demonstrate adherence to local employment laws and quality delivery of services in HR
  • Lead audit activities, including establishing a framework to facilitate both internal and external audits
  • Lead Capital One India HR risk activities and serve as Risk point-person
  • Help track and resolve HR India issues and events within agreed-upon timeframes
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Masters/Bachelors Degree
  • 8+ years experience in Project management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk
  • 8+ years experience in Risk or Audit Management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
