Job Title: SAP IS-U FICA Specialist

Job Overview:

The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP IS-U FI-CA application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensure all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings to ensure timely resolution
  • Interact with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements, coordinate with offshore consortium, and ensure project delivery timelines
  • Design and implementation of complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements
  • Resource planning and estimating developments, ensuring execution as per planning
  • Coordinate work with IT team and onsite-offshore team, define objectives and development plan, and develop documentation independently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging
  • Experience in FI-CA configuration of Main/Sub, Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Instalment plans, Returns, Refund Process, Write offs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership, and team building skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of organization
  • Ability to research and resolve issues, handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • English language skills required (min B2 level)
  • German language skills is an added advantage
