SAP FICO Consultant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO professional with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support SAP FICO module implementation and configuration activities.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Deliver one or more complete end-to-end implementations in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to users.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Mandatory: At least one end-to-end implementation in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting.
  • Experience in working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • A good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance (Public Cloud edition) is a plus.
  • Experience with Fiori apps and Public Cloud restrictions/configurations.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.

This role requires a strong background in SAP FICO and experience working with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
