About this role, we are seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

This is a senior level position that requires hands-on work experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, taxes, cost center and profit center accounting, asset accounting, bank accounting, controlling, and FICO integration with MM & SD modules, project system, COPA, banking - EBS & DME knowledge.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
  • Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Incident, ticket, change request, and change management processes experience required.
  • ABAP program reading and debugging skills required.
  • Mentorship and guidance provision to junior team members expected.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, finance, business administration, computer science, IT, MBA (finance or equivalent), or related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong exposure in Financial Accounting i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling.
  • FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME knowledge required.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Expert understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAP certification in FICO highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance a plus.
