Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Team Leader to join our dynamic team of professionals.

  • Lead and manage the SAP FICO team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization, with strong technical skills and knowledge.
  • Expertise in asset accounting and TDS accounting is essential, with a solid understanding of financial processes and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • A solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards, with the ability to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
