Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Specialist to design, implement and maintain robust security protocols across our organization.

  • Develop and deploy security solutions to safeguard IT infrastructure, applications and data.
  • Monitor networks and systems for potential security breaches, anomalies and threats.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

As a key member of the IT team, you will work closely with Dev Ops and Compliance teams to ensure seamless cybersecurity integration. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPNs and other security tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and Dev Ops teams to integrate security into DevSecOps practices.
  • Maintain and update security documentation, runbooks and technical reports.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of network, application and cloud security concepts, as well as experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls and vulnerability scanners.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Tenable, Qualys and Wireshark.
