Supply Chain Planning Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supply chain planning consultant to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes, as well as hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. They will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements, leading discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications, and presenting customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirementsLead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specificationsPresent customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needsDevelop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponseCreate detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilitiesWork closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutionsConfigure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirementsGuide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilizationServe as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project deliverySupport sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales processDeliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenariosRespond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insightsAct as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution deliveryMaintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparencyProvide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutionsCollect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). You will also need to have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential.
