Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Solutions Expert to design and implement effective supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure optimal supply chain planning solutions, and ensure clients achieve measurable value from their investments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes and business requirements.
  • Support solution architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and support data management and integration activities.
  • Work on other reasonable project-related tasks assigned by the project manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning.
  • An academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills in English.

Desirable Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are an asset.
