Business Leader for Health Insurance Solutions

Description of the Role

The Business Leader for Health Insurance Solutions will be responsible for managing a team of underwriters and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide innovative health insurance solutions to our clients. This includes developing and implementing new products, creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of underwriters in developing and implementing new health insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that underwriters have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality service to clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
