We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Caller to join our team at AaNine Healthcare. The Patient Caller will be responsible for contacting patients to provide information, address concerns, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, follow-ups, and medication schedules.
- Provide patients with information about their appointments, treatments, and healthcare services.
- Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure appointment availability and patient needs are met.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding their healthcare services and treatment plans.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate healthcare provider or department for resolution.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the healthcare management system.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Collect patient feedback on their experiences with healthcare services.
- Document feedback and report to management for quality improvement.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Stay informed about updates in healthcare services and BPO industry standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
