Roles and Responsibilities

Greeting from Epicle solutions. we are currently have immediate requirement for the below mentioned positions for work from office profile.

1. AR caller and senior AR caller, Freshers

Experience: 0.6 to 4 Years

Responsibilities& Duties:

- Coordinates with various RCM Delivery teams, including Reimbursement Analysts, Transaction
Specialists, Claims Submission Specialists, Denials Managements Specialists, Patient Access Liaisons,
Patient Billing Specialists, and others, to determine what claims/payers/facilities/providers/patients/others require calling.
- Calls payers to obtain claim statuses, coordinates with appropriate team to make corrections and resubmit claim within timely filing deadlines.
- Places calls to facilities/providers/payers to obtain chart notes/documentation/prior-authorization information/ eligibility verification information, etc.
- Consistently exhibits behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Epicle solutions core values and commitment to quality and customer service.Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position, handles all protected health information in a manner consistent with Health Insurance
Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulationsMust be available for special projects
