Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies.
- Follow up on pending or denied medical claims.
- Update claim status and document call details.
- Coordinate with the billing team for resolution.
- **Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Fresher or experienced in AR calling / RCM.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
