Lead- Condition Management Job Description

You could be the ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A degree in medicine, such as an MBBS or MD.
  • A proven track record of delivering health outcomes for consumers at scale.
  • 8-10 years of experience in health and wellness, digital healthcare, or health insurance.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 3-5 years of corporate experience in the healthcare or insurance sector.
  • A strong ability to manage teams with people from both medical and non-medical backgrounds.
  • Solid clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in clinical diagnosis, preventive care, condition management, and patient education.
  • A proven track record of developing or managing healthcare systems, including EHRs, CRMs, and health apps.
  • Experience in managing health insurance data models while integrating with data lakes.
  • A passion for driving preventive curative healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
