We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Health Care Recruiting Director to lead our recruitment efforts and manage our growing team of recruiters.

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Prime Physicians, a leading healthcare staffing agency. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our clients in the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
