Healthcare Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in US healthcare staffing to leverage their skills and expertise to drive success.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing, specifically in MSP account management. They will be responsible for managing urgent staffing needs and coordinating placements of nurses, allied, and medical staff for healthcare clients.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with offshore recruiters on sourcing, credentialing, onboarding, and placements, ensuring seamless execution of the recruitment process.
  • They will also track key metrics such as SLAs, fill/frequency ratios, and turn-around time, preparing weekly/monthly updates to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with VMS/ATS platforms, Excel/PowerPoint, and fluency in English (written & spoken) are essential skills for this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in US healthcare staffing - MSP account management background.
  • Skilled in VMS/ATS platforms, Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work with client escalation resolution, pipeline growth, and US staffing SLAs.
