Client Operations:

We work on Nursing and Allied roles for clients directly and through VMS/ MSP

Future Expansion:

We are acquiring more companies, details of which will be shared upon completion of legal formalities

What You'll Do

  • Own the account for U.S. healthcare clients: manage urgent staffing needs and coordinate placements of nurses, allied, and medical staff.
  • Manage client relations and pipeline strategy via VMS/ATS tools.
  • Collaborate with offshore recruiters on sourcing, credentialing, onboarding, and placements.
  • Track metrics: SLAs, fill/frequency ratios, turn-around time; prepare weekly/monthly updates.
  • Ensure compliance: licenses, background checks, HIT tasks; maintain documentation accuracy.

  100% Onsite – Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (rotational, covers U.S. business hours)

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in U.S. healthcare staffing - MSP account management.
  • Skilled in VMS/ATS platforms, Excel/PowerPoint, and fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Experience with client escalation resolution, pipeline growth, and U.S. staffing SLAs.
