We're Hiring – Candidate Engagement Specialist (U.S. Healthcare Staffing)
Are you looking to transition from a soft skills/call center training background into a dynamic, client and candidate-facing role? This is your opportunity We'll provide all the training you need to succeed and grow in this fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Manage crucial end-client calls (U.S. hospitals, clinics, emergency centers) with excellent communication.
Engage and deploy per diem/local candidates based on client demand.
Coordinate in real-time with healthcare facilities and professionals, especially during urgent last-minute changes.
Build strong, long-term relationships with candidates for repeat deployments and retention.
Run engagement programs for travel or permanent nursing and allied roles.
Provide 24/7 on-call support across shifts (including weekends).
Support internal communications, circulars, and training sessions.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (verbal & written – English)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Ability to multitask and work independently
Background as a soft skills trainer or call center trainer is a plus
