Work Location - 6
th Floor, Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers, Chikoti Garden Rd, beside Prakash Nagar, Old Patigadda, Chikoti Gardens, Metro, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016

Shift Timings - 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Work from office only)
Experience Required - Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Staffing
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers in the US region for permanent and contractual positions.
  • Using the comprehensive job description, source candidates from job portals and internal databases.
  • Reach out to candidates who fit the criteria via call, Text, email, or LinkedIn.
  • Also use job postings on employment websites and social media platforms to market the jobs and attract applicants.
  • Utilize pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers, and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on.
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
