As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll connect talented nurses, physicians and healthcare professionals with life-changing career opportunities across the USA. Responsibilities

Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn search, Facebook, and other social media platforms, along with job boards and innovative sourcing strategies, to identify and screen top-tier nursing talent for permanent and travel roles.

Coach and Guide Candidates: Support nurses through every step of the job search process, from resume building to interview preparation and offer negotiation.

Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with candidates to ensure their satisfaction and success in their new roles.

Drive Results: Achieve revenue targets through effective recruitment strategies and consistent follow-up with candidates and clients.

Creative Follow-Up: Implement innovative and personalized follow-up strategies to maintain candidate engagement and build a robust talent pipeline.
