Appointment Setter

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, identifying and engaging leads based on their needs and business goals, scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team, maintaining accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our brand and services
  • Identifying and engaging leads based on their needs and business goals
  • Scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
