Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT specialist to collaborate with our sales team and provide technical expertise in IT product insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects, summarize RFPs for bid qualification
  • Contribute to completed RFI/RFP documents, bid coordination, discovery, requirements gathering, scope definition, delivery estimation
  • Create compelling proposals, prepare pitches for solution defenses
  • Develop prototypes with AI
  • Perform market research
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in the IT sector (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Proficiency in presales activities with hands-on experience in creating effective RFP responses
  • Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure and its application in various business contexts
  • Strong knowledge of relevant IT services industry products and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver optimal presales support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical documentation expertise to ensure accurate reflection of client requirements and proposed solutions
