Job Title: Marketing Executive

The role of a Marketing Executive is to drive the growth and success of marketing efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing content strategies to scale reach from 9,000 to 50,000 organic and paid assists.

A strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute content strategies to increase brand visibility.
  • Create compelling client pitches on Canva, including posts, carousels, one-pagers, mini case studies, GTM visuals, and short vertical videos.
  • Presentation skills: Build and deliver crisp decks for pitches, webinars, and customer stories.
  • Turn complex concepts into simple narratives through product storytelling.
  • Run launch calendars, creator collaborations, and thought-leadership series.
  • Measure and improve performance through analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong design skills, including carousels, infographics, and short videos.
  • Video creation and editing skills in Canva, including hooks, captions, b-roll, and screen-record explainers.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with a focus on structure, visuals, and delivery.
  • Tech fluency, with a basic understanding of technology or experience working in a tech company.
  • Content writing skills, with a focus on concise and outcome-led writing styles.
  • Comfort with analytics, including Google Analytics basics and UTM hygiene.
