As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop strategic plans, and drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that meet or exceed client ROAS targets
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, and Snapchat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimal results
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta and Google required; Snapchat is a plus)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex data and strategy in simple terms
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably
  • A high-ownership mindset, with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on guiding clients toward long-term growth and profitability
