About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our application team in planning, designing, building, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining projects.

The ideal candidate will be required to adhere to regular procedures to ensure all tasks are delivered as per schedule. They will oversee end-to-end application project management for large-scale, complex application development, implementation, and upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project roadmaps and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and external vendors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project requirements, to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by managing project issues and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Track and report on project performance using project management tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including mentoring and training junior project managers and team members.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to provide regular updates, escalate issues as necessary, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices, IT governance, data security, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure user adoption, training, and smooth handover of applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, requirements, design specs, and post-project reviews.
