We are currently seeking an ambitious Project Delivery Specialist to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects. This role demands a unique blend of structured execution, proactive risk management, and exceptional communication skills in a client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals in project management, extensive experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies. Key responsibilities include driving SLA-driven service delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, and maintaining a consistent reporting cadence to clients and internal leadership.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Anticipating risks proactively and establishing mitigation strategies to address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • A strong foundation in Project Management concepts, including risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on delivery experience and a deep understanding of iterative development principles.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent documentation abilities, and the capacity to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.
