Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage scope changes, track project milestones, and maintain a high level of quality in all deliverables.
  • Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Optimize project workflows, leveraging expertise to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the development of high-quality client deliverables, including executive-level reports, meeting materials, and project trackers.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, delivering results-oriented solutions within deadlines.
  • Exhibit sound judgment and oversight, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices while upholding organizational values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager, leading teams of 10+ professionals.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; PMP certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma/Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Expertise in drug development is essential.
  • Self-motivated individual able to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and ability to influence C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. Strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Experience working with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
