Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Analyst Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional pre-sales support and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close presales requirements in collaboration with GBPO teams and LOBs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via emails with high expertise
  • Provide detailed information about GBPO products and services to customers
  • Ensure superior pre sales response through outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly escalate and resolve intricate issues
  • Measure programs and deliverables against key performance metrics (KPIs)

Your Background:

  • 5-7 years of experience in BPO presales service, specifically in handling US and UK customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to empathize and understand complex customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and advanced computer skills
  • Prior experience in pre-sales is a valuable asset
  • Financial services industry knowledge and/or large tech company experience is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
