Job Title: Regional Growth Leader

International Business Expansion Opportunities

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead international sales and business development efforts, driving growth in the Middle East market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, maintain profit margins, expand presence through distributors, agents, and partners, ensuring excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Market Strategy: Conduct market research, utilize insights to define entry and growth plans, and lead efforts to open new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Business Development: Foster relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements, manage the full order cycle, monitor payments, and follow up promptly.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with regional campaigns and promotions, represent the company at exhibitions and trade events, track performance, and share improvement insights.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams, facilitate communication to meet company objectives, and stay updated on trade regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks related to regulations or geopolitics, support mitigation planning, and stay updated on trade rules.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in international business development (ideally in the Middle East), a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects, and knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
