Job Description

About the role:

We're seeking an experienced product designer to lead our UX design efforts. As a senior member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing user-centered design solutions that meet business goals.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences, from initial concept to launch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing asset delivery and production with engineers
  • Leading and contributing craft-specific work to large, complex projects with cross-team impact
  • Leveraging insights, data and quantitative/qualitative research to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within your product space
  • Creating design deliverables representative of the design process phase such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design and prototypes
  • Conducting user research to inform design decisions
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure design implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of relevant product design experience
  • Intermediate skills in UX and product design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process
  • Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Demonstrate strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
