As we grow, we're seeking a
Senior Product Designer
with a deep understanding of
manufacturing processes, materials, and industrial design
—someone who can turn sketches and concepts into manufacturable, scalable, and beautiful products.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of new lighting products from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with artisans, suppliers, and engineers to prototype and refine physical products.
  • Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications using tools like SolidWorks, Rhino, or Fusion 360.
  • Select sustainable materials that align with the brand's eco-conscious ethos.
  • Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and manufacturability standards.
  • Manage product iterations through testing, feedback, and material exploration.
  • Work closely with the operations and sourcing team to support vendor communication and manufacturing optimization.
  • Create presentation decks and product storytelling material for internal reviews and client pitches.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in physical product design, industrial design, or furniture/lighting design.
  • Strong portfolio with examples of designs that went into production.
  • Hands-on experience with material selection, prototyping, and manufacturing (small batch and large scale).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and rendering tools (KeyShot, V-Ray).
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible sourcing.
  • Excellent sketching, ideation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects from ideation to launch.
  • Handson Experience in the lighting industry is a must don't apply if you don't have experience in lighting industry.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with natural or organic materials.
  • Familiarity with artisan-based or handcrafted production methods.
  • Knowledge of electrical components and safety standards in lighting products.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain, production timelines, and cost optimization.
