ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic
Senior Product Designer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences that deliver measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring user-centered solutions to life.

product design for AI and cybersecurity solutions
, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-first design, systems thinking, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process—from discovery, research, and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity design.
• Design seamless experiences for complex systems, particularly within
  AI-driven
  and
  cybersecurity-focused
  products.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistent execution.
• Define design strategies and contribute to product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility across platforms.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, feedback, and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices in
  AI and cybersecurity domains
  .

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for complex, technical products (AI, data platforms, or cybersecurity tools preferred).
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills (Add-Ons)

• Experience designing
