Senior Product Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of AI, UI, and UX design principles, particularly in agentic design. With an experience range of 4-7 years, the successful candidate will contribute to designing innovative products that meet both user needs and business goals. This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to lead and shape the user experience across a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release
  • Implement design thinking processes to tackle complex problems and provide clear design directions
  • Spearhead all phases of the design process including research, prototyping, usability testing, and final implementation
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
  • Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience
  • Maintain consistency in visual elements and defining behavior such as how to display error or warning states across all components/product touchpoints

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in AI-driven design environments with strong skills in UI/UX principles
  • In-depth knowledge of agentic design practices
  • Proficient with standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, InVision, Axure RP or similar tools.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a meticulous approach to detail and project outcomes based on user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss complex creative concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences within the organization.
