Senior Product Designer (Central Revenue & Growth Team)

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)
Experience: 4–6 years
Employment Type: Full-time Contract (6–12 months, extendable)

About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines visual craft, product thinking, and stakeholder leadership. The role involves owning design tracks end-to-end — from problem framing to high-fidelity execution — and mentoring junior designers in a fast-paced growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead visual and product design for multiple growth-focused projects.

  • Translate business goals and user insights into scalable, visually engaging solutions.

  • Maintain high standards of craft, quality, and consistency across deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.

  • Contribute to design systems and mentor junior designers.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in product design, ideally within fast-paced consumer or growth teams.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with clear visual impact.

  • Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, and motion design tools.

  • Proven ability to communicate design rationale and influence stakeholders.

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage changing scopes effectively.
