Job Description:

As a Finance Content Developer, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality training content for finance training programs. You will be responsible for designing and developing financial and business skills content, as well as assessing the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial and business skills content for our training programs.
  • Design assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Maintain and update a repository of all created content.
  • Support team members in reviewing and maintaining content quality.
  • Coordinate with designers to format content in required templates.

Product, Client, and Trainer Support:

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers.
  • Facilitate client support activities by communicating issues promptly.
  • Support other trainers to prepare for assigned trainings.

  • Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
