Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic financial leader to join our executive team and spearhead our financial operations during an exciting period of growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
    • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO
    • Drive financial modeling for business initiatives, investments.
  • Financial Operations & Management:
    • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory compliance
    • Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management frameworks
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
    • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
    • Present financial results to stakeholders, investors, and board members
    • Champion financial best practices across the organization
  • Growth & Investment Management:
    • Support fundraising activities and investor relations
    • Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic investments
    • Oversee financial due diligence for business development opportunities
