Strategic Academic Excellence Manager

Purpose of the Role:

To lead a team and drive academic excellence across schools, resulting in revenue generation, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the retention of OA and OI across schools.
  • Lead a team of regional academic excellence managers to ensure retention target achievement and tap on cross sell/ up-sell opportunities.
  • Completion of ISV and training as per the SLA.
  • Increase productivity by sharing insights during the weekly regional team calls.
  • Continuous school connect sessions to measure the impact and collect feedback on training and implementation.
  • Monitor travel planning of the team members to ensure optimal utilization of time within budgets maintaining high standards of safety and security.
  • Ensure increase in the usage of LMS.
  • Ensuring all communication and data to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting product marketing team for various government initiatives with CBSE, NCERT, SCERTs and other state governments.
  • Work closely with the digital/ product team to support them through product development and enhancement.
  • Support sales vertical by assisting with GTM strategies, launches, NSMs, RSMs and product trainings (school/ region wise).

Requirements:

  • Graduate/ Post graduate degree in any subject, preferably business management.
  • Minimum 8 years of total relevant work experience.
  • Significant experience in managing/ leading team in an organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of the K-12 market space.
  • Sound knowledge of the K-12 content development process, both print and digital/ online.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
