Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Data Management professional to join our team in this executive position.

This senior role involves overseeing the data management function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data reconciliation, analysis, and reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with corporate entities, clients, third-party administrators, and insurance companies to facilitate seamless endorsement processing.

We are looking for someone who can guarantee data collection, collation, reconciliation, and uploading for all clients and policies in the portal on time with 100% accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, storing, preparing reports as per business requirements.

They should develop reports according to business needs.

Maintaining efficient Turn-Around-Time (TAT) for additions, deletions, and corrections in endorsements is crucial.

The successful candidate will conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis using Excel tools.

Informing clients about monthly data post quality control and calculation is essential.

Fostering closure of endorsements within TAT period by following up with insurers is vital.

The successful candidate will construct forecasts, predictions, and recommendations based on existing policy terms.

Presenting reports monthly, quarterly, or as requested, highlighting key issues, observations, or outcomes is a must.

Monitoring team performance, providing guidance, and mentoring team members is an important part of this role.

Enhancing client service and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders is critical.

The ideal candidate will create report specifications based on business needs.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree from any background; General Insurance certifications are an asset.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in General Insurance (Insurance Company/Brokers/TPA) is required.

Experience handling data management portals, preferably SAIBA, is desirable.

3-5 years of team management experience is necessary.

Strong communication and MS-Office skills are essential.

Excellent Team Management, analytical, and presentation skills are required.

Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques is critical.

Able to work on large data sets on multiple systems is a must.
