We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee vendor relationships, streamline recruiting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across all staffing engagements. Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong alliances with 3rd party vendors to support staffing needs.
  • Utilize prior full desk recruiting experience to understand client requirements and effectively collaborate with vendors.
  • Cultivate and ensure adherence to labor laws throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Promote and lead contract negotiation with vendors to secure favorable terms, service-level agreements, and competitive pricing.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of US Staffing experience, with proven success in recruiting, supply chain management, and vendor relations.
  • Prior experience as a Full Desk Recruiter (client acquisition + recruitment delivery).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws related to staffing.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proven negotiation skills with vendors and clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vendors, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing vendor programs within MSP environments.
