Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive relationship manager to manage client relationships, update databases, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication to maintain high-quality client engagement and operational efficiency. You will also support internal coordination for project requirements and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management

Lead Management

• Evaluate positive responses and share relevant leads/queries with respective clients.

• Track, update, and follow up on leads for conversion opportunities.

Client Communication

• Manage professional email communication with clients regarding updates, invoices, and queries.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Handle client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

2. Data & CRM Updates

• Manage and update records in CRM databases, invoice tools, and DocuSign.

• Work with paid databases and mass email marketing tools for lead generation and outreach.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, invoices, agreements, and monthly summaries for client activity.

• Generate periodic performance and revenue reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of CRM software, invoice tools, and DocuSign.

• Familiarity with databases, email automation tools, and MS Excel.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
