Job Title: Senior Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering internal audit engagements from planning through to execution and reporting;
  • Liaising with engagement teams and end clients as part of planning, execution, and reporting phases of the audit;
  • Working across a range of different subjects and internal audit projects/clients;
  • Communicating risk findings verbally and written to clients in a pragmatic and helpful manner;
  • Building an internal network of relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in areas of specialism such as Cyber, Operational Resilience, Cloud computing, Governance, etc., and supporting SMEs in delivering insight and expertise;
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients through client engagements and networking;
  • Working with a supportive group of senior team members within the Internal Audit practice to develop innovative market-leading solutions and proposals; and
  • Coaching more junior team members and reviewing their work.
Requirements

The role requires experience in assessment and testing of design and operation of business and compliance controls, project management, and leadership of engagements from end to end. Knowledge of audit technologies and data analytics tools is a plus.
