Basis Leadership Role

Our organization is looking for an experienced SAP Basis Lead Consultant to oversee the delivery of AMS services across multiple customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP Basis expertise, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience working with SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage application monitoring & support services for global customers across SAP environments, including ECC 6.0, S/4HANA, CRM, SCM, BW/4HANA.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for customers in case of technical delivery issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of work items, adherence to defined SLAs, and process compliance by the team.
  • Prepare service performance reports, issue trackers, and continuous improvement reports for customers.
  • Collaborate with customer and SAP internal teams to drive agile resolution of critical issues.
  • Manage incidents and service delivery using SAP Cloud ALM, Focused Run, and ITSM ticketing tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement in process or service delivery and adoption of AI-based automation.
  • Provide customer insights, publish SLA and KPI reports, and offer performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP Basis Administration, including HANA DB, ABAP/Java stacks, and SAP landscape management.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud ALM, FRUN, and ITSM tools.
  • Exposure to SAP modules and systems, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, PI/PO, CPI, CRM, SCM.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with global stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
