**Senior SAP Leader Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our SAP functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP experience with deep expertise across modules and processes.

  • Lead the SAP P2S & S2P functional teams effectively
  • Manage a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical resources
  • Take overall responsibility for the management of SAP resources to meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrate strategic and visionary leadership through strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with SAP stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure business continuity and adherence to defined standards
  • Foster a high-performance team culture by setting clear expectations, planning, monitoring, and coaching
  • Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements
  • Work closely with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Adapt SAP functional management to align with digital governance development models
  • Effectively delegate and focus teams and resources on business priorities
  • Ensure all technology resources are productive and aligned with business vision
  • Publish periodic metrics to all key stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of extensive SAP experience with deep expertise across modules and processes
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources ensuring successful project delivery
  • Recognized subject matter expert in multiple SAP applications with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
  • Proficient in all aspects of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and project life cycle
  • Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
