Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of associates to meet all service level agreements (SLAs) relative to any and all functions in the department.

You will maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, drive customer experience metrics, and meet all key SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will coordinate activities of the department with management to include workflow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting, and special projects.

You will also provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients, and coordinate with other internal support teams to ensure seamless production by the operations team.
