Regional Sales Manager Job Description

At JOBS CLAP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in this exciting role. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for the position.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Nurture relationships with current distributors, dealers, and B2B customers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct daily and weekly meetings, reviews, and trainings to develop and groom team members.
  • Identify and engage big accounts in the designated territory to drive revenue growth.

Requirements & Skills:
