We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Key Account Manager - Modern Trade to join our team in Kolkata. This senior-level position requires 7-10 years of work experience in the retail industry, particularly in Modern Trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales strategy within the channel to achieve predefined business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in the Modern Trade channel, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through superior service and relationship management.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead negotiations with major accounts, securing favorable terms and establishing long-term partnerships.
• Implement effective customer retention programs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capturing new opportunities to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and support to key accounts.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
