  • Performing operational activities involves managing contract intake information and reviewing contract abstractions in accordance with operational procedures, ensuring internal and external completion dates are met and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to handle operational tasks, provide timely responses and collaborate to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitoring system processes, control reports, system feeds, reference and static data, error analysis and remediation action.
  • Gathering and loading all required data in systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identifying and suggesting process and system improvements to mitigate risks, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

">
  • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of related systems (e.g. IBM Tririga).
  • Experience in contract abstraction and understanding of Real Estate contracts and principles.
  • Ability to structure problems logically and arrive at solutions, with attention to detail.
