Facilities Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of a property, prioritizing needs and ensuring smooth operations. They will work closely with facilities managers and assistant facilities managers to cover all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize facility needs and manage day-to-day activities
  • Work closely with facilities management team to ensure all administrative functions are covered
  • Manage supplies and materials to maintain smooth operations
  • Oversee emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Monitor and manage vendor invoice processes
  • Conduct routine service audits to maintain overall performance

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations and facilities management
  • Degree in business or hotel and building management (or related field)
  • At least 3-5 years experience in facilities management
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Adept leadership and team management skills
