About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned facilities expert with solid leadership skills to lead daily property operations. Your responsibilities will include managing client activities, implementing building procedures and performance measures, promoting best practices, and developing better processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily client activities for assigned properties or facilities.
- Implement building procedures and performance measures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Promote best practices and develop better processes to boost on-site operations.
- Ensure property safety by encouraging adherence to health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and proactively address their concerns.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and quality work practices.
- Support employee growth and development through training and coaching sessions.
- Maintain a culture that thrives on collaboration, cooperation, and performance excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in finance management and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
