Showroom Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the retail showroom to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Conduct timely stock and sample audits within the showroom.
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping and hygiene are consistently maintained throughout the showroom.
  • Promote visually appealing Visual Merchandising in the showroom.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Furnish daily reports to the retail operations team as scheduled.
  • Maintain operational checklists for the experience center.
  • Sustain sales efforts through successful order closure support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 6-12 months of experience working in a retail environment is required.
  • Prior experience as a store manager in retail, preferably with a duration of at least one year, is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Furniture and Home Decor industry is highly valued.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms, is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of Store Operations and SOP Management is essential.

Working Hours:

Showroom Managers work six days per week, with Tuesdays off. All showroom operations cease on Tuesdays.
