Daily meal requirements can be challenging to fulfill, especially for small and medium-sized restaurants. Dil Brands has taken a proactive approach by partnering with these establishments to increase asset and resource utilization.

We are seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Executive to support our food brand's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will lead all planning, project management, and execution for campaigns built by the marketing team to drive awareness, customer engagement, and sales through digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster efficient execution and a proactive attitude
  • Collaborate in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote food products across various platforms
  • Assist in photo shoot and video shoot coordination as needed for campaigns
  • Work closely with business teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning
  • Identify and manage agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Promote product reach by engaging with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field
  • 6 months-1 year experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, startup ecosystem
  • Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL)
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work long hours expected in a startup ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food product marketing, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or FMCG
  • Basic knowledge of food photography or coordination with content creators
  • Experience working with food aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon Foods, etc.)
